Kids Kick Boxing and MMA
Our kids class is designed to both prepare Jr. students for competition and to defend themselves. Mixing kickboxing and grappling , they will receive the knowledge and conditioning to be confident in any physical situation!

Boxing Fundamentals is a structured course teaching you basic boxing technique meanwhile providing an all over body workout. Classes are usually made up of around 10 to 18 people and concentrate on boxing technique, bag work and building your fitness.
Monday - Friday 6pm - 7pm
Tuesday & Thursday 10am - 11 am
Advance striking goes more into the deeper concepts of striking across all combat sports. This classes is more physical involving partner drills, footwork concepts, and drill sparring. Best for people looking to get there foot in the door of competing.
Monday - Friday 7pm - 8pm
The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques.

Wednesday - Friday 7pm - 8:30pm
This class helps bridge the gap between wrestling, submission grappling, and cage grappling. Though having a grappling background will help immensely, this class is very beginner friendly.
Thursday 7pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 10:30am - 12pm
